Методичний посібник має на меті впровадження дитячо-юнацького гуртка з бойового хортингу у заклади освіти, містить теоретико-методичні і практичні засади фізкультурно-оздоровчих занять з національного професійно-прикладного виду спорту України бойового хортингу для вихованців гуртка дитячо-юнацького віку, формування цінностей здорового життя дітей та молоді засобами бойового хортингу, значення систематичних занять бойовим хортингом, як складової здорового способу життя дітей. Надаються рекомендації щодо впровадження здоров'язберігальних технологій, проведення занять з бойового хортингу, визначення навантажень, контролю під час тренувань, відновлення після занять, впровадження бойового хортингу як національного виду спорту України у навчально-виховний процес з предметів «Фізична культура» та «Захист України». У виданні надані рекомендації щодо планування занять з бойового хортингу для дітей різного віку, опис оздоровчих та загальнорозвивальних вправ, ігор для дітей та юнацтва, елементів базової техніки, тактичної підготовки, а також методичні поради щодо виховної роботи з учнями на основі спортивних, культурних, оздоровчих і бойових традицій українського народу.

The methodical manual aims to introduce the children's and youth group of combat horting in educational institutions, contains the theoretical, methodological and practical principles of physical culture and health classes from the national professional and applied sport of Ukraine combat horting for pupils of the children's and youth group, the formation of the values of a healthy life children and young people with the means of martial arts, the importance of systematic classes in martial arts as a component of a healthy lifestyle for children.
